Minnesota Entertainment Enterprises, Inc. issues a Quit-Claim Deed to Dakota County Outdoor Theatres, Inc. The deed was not filedrecorded in Hastings until 14 November 1951. Book 238 Page 465. DCOTI is a spin-off corporation of MEEI.

1st use of Ashcraft lamp in USA
Corral Theatre has the first installation in the USA of the Ashcraft lamp, most powerful lighting in any Drive-In Theatre, and the newest of projection equipment. We show the brightest pictures in the country today despite the 225 feet the image travels from booth to screen.

A Warranty Deed between Truman Alcorn and Minnesota Entertainment Enterprises, Inc. is signed for the land described as the north 800 of the NE4 of the SW4 of Section 29 T28 R22. This is 24 Acres minus roadway easements. Deed Book 236 Page 462 in Hastings. Presumably, there was a prior unrecorded Contract for Deed instrument.

Phone book now lists address this way instead of simply corner of S. Robert St. and Mendota Rd. The Corral was in the SE corner of this intersection with entrance and exits on Mendota Road.
