An Unnamed Theatre (Und losed Address)

Planned for a small town or the suburban areas of a larger city, this theatre would be constructed of brick with Georgia marble or porcelain enamel block facing on the facade or street sides. Fireproof throughout, the concrete floors would be covered with carpeting in the interior and with a terrazzo combine in the lobby and exposed areas. Heating would be by steam; and cooling by mechanical

refrigeration.



While the interior specifications are as yet incomplete, some acoustical plaster and some fiber board will produce good acoustics. 1

Designed for a seating capacity of about 1,000, the approximate cost is $100,000. I
