From P. 2-Bulletin A23029. Supplement to P. ISeBulletin A22029.

(1') Wet Bulb Depressioneis the difference in degrees (F.) between the dry bulb temperature and the wet bulb temperature of the air. In most localities, it is desirable to select the pump and motor for lowering the dry bulb temperature of the entering air 60% of the wet bulb depression, to provide the most comfortable conditions in the theatre without over-humidification.

In climates such as encountered at Denver, Colorado, where the humidity is ordinarily low, the pump and motor can be advantageously selected for lowering the temperature of the entering air 70% of the wet bulb depressidn.
