The Belmont Theatre Dayton, Ohio

This theatre is proposed for the South Side section'of

F Dayton, which is the most rapidly growing in the city

and populated principally by workers in the many fine industrial plants.

The Asize of the lot is 98 x 200 feet, with the longer

dimension fronting on the main-trath street. Due

to local zoning restrictions, the size of the theatre



had to be limited to an area of 72 x 180 feet. Construction will be modern and fire-proof with exterior walls of brick, except for the front, which will incorporate terra cotta and marble faci'ngs.
