THE NATIONAL (IPC) SPEAKER is a tag-inch, permanent-magnet type unit, ume. The combination heavy aluminum shelter and coupling unit has

mounted in a durable aluminum cabinet to permit utmost lightness for ease of patron handling. It is water-proof and contains a high-quality volume control conveniently located to allow individual selection 0! vol applications. All amplifiers are cabinet mounted to conserve valuable projection room space and permit instantaneous tube or electrical component servicing in case of emergency. Full power emergency operation is provided through a simple switching arrangement.

The ramp control panel permits the projectionist to maintain direct control over distribution of sound to each ramp in the theatre. Isolation of any ramp or combination of ramps may be made immediately in case of emergency so that the show may go on in the balanCe of the theatre.

Two drive-in theatre sound systems, with central loudspeaker systems, with power outputs, respectively, of 75 and 150 watts, have been announced by Motiograph, Inc.

For the drive-in theatre using in-car or post-type speakers, Motiograph offers three additional systems of 150, 250 and 500 watts of power output.
