SEA VIEW Pacific Manor, Calif.

Located between San Francisco and Half Moon Bay, the Sea View lives up to its name by the fact that the Pacific Ocean is merely 300 feet from the theatre. The translucent, corrugated plastic star-shaped tower has revolving neon lights and gives the impression of being a lighthonse. Tower also houses a film elevator.

The lobby and foyer walls are green

stucco, and doors are natural finish figured birch. Wall designs consist of stylized line murals depicting various nautical scenes. The carpeting is 'bird of paradise design on a deep maroon background.

Presently seating 800, space has been left, and auditorium fioor sloped so that by removing rear wall and adding one more arch, the capacity can be raised to 1000 seats.

Because of the theatres proximity to the Pacific Ocean, an air conditioning system is not required.
