BEEKMAN New York, N. Y.

One of the newest and brightest jewels in the Rugoff and Becker chain of theatres is this well planned and beautifully appointed art house situated in one of the best sections of New York City.

In keeping with the mood of the surrounding buildings, the theatre is built of white brick and trimmed with glass and stainless steel. The simple foyer has a black and white terrazzo door. The conventional boxoffice was eliminated and a long counter finished in dark walnut was substituted.

Undulating walls of acoustical plaster in the auditorium insures perfect listening, and 400 yards of gold twill Fiberglas draperies add to the regal splendor. The 500 comfortable seats occupy a space normally used for 800.
